Event Name: BioOhio Regulatory Forum

Description: BioOhio's Regulatory Forum returns to a live, in-person format in 2010 on August 17 just south of Cleveland.

BioOhio has teamed up again with member firm REU Associates to build an agenda focused on regulatory issues pertinent to Ohio's medical products industry, such as corrections and removals, combination products, purchasing controls, and more.

The forum will feature the FDA's Angela Krueger, regulatory advisor and CDRH Product Jurisdictional Officer, Office of Device Evaluation, several other FDA officials, and regulatory professionals from Ohio device and pharma companies.

The 2008 forum drew 120 attendees, which facilitated great industry and professional networking in addition to the valuable content.

$45 for BioOhio members; $75 for BioOhio non-members; $30 for full-time students. Lunch is included.

The Strongsville location is south of Cleveland, right off of I-71.

The inaugural "Rubber Expo and Advanced Materials in Health Care" show will take place October 11-13, 2011, at The International Exposition Center (I-X Center) in Cleveland, Ohio. The exposition will provide a venue for international rubber, polymer, biomaterials and other companies relating to the health care industry to showcase their organization, products and services. The event will also offer technical symposia and educational workshops in rubber and polymer research, applications, technology and business while adding others in advanced biomaterials, research and applications relating to the healthcare industry.
