Ganeden Biotech, a Cleveland developer of probiotic dietary supplements, has sold its Sustenex and Digestive Advantage brands to
Schiff Nutrition for $40 million. Proceeds from the sale will be used to accelerate commercialization of Ganeden's remaining portfolio. Ganeden is funded by
DSM Venturing and other investors.
